Job Description
Meadowview of Johnston and Meadowview of Clive, Cassia senior communities, are hiring a Business Development and Sales Specialist to drive leads for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. The role involves building professional relationships, executing outreach strategies, and supporting occupancy growth through coordinated follow-up and reporting.
Requirements
- Identify, research, and prioritize referral sources across healthcare, senior services, and community organizations
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers
- Partner closely with Sales Teams to align outreach strategies and support occupancy growth goals
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external business development events
- Conduct personal tours, in-home visits, and follow-up strategies to support occupancy growth
