Requirements
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Execute annual marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Brand & Customer Experience: Represents WesleyLife's brand through internal communication and external marketing initiatives.
- Referral Development & Community Outreach: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources, community organizations, and business partners.
- Inventory & Customization Management: Manage inventory, including finish selections, customizations, and remodel coordination.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with the Sales Director to provide updates on census, leads, and prospect activity.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute lead-generation events, engaging cross-functional teams as needed.
