We're looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll help shape and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of progressive experience administering compensation and benefits
- Strong understanding of FLSA and compensation principles
- Thorough working knowledge of employee benefits policies and practices, and applicable federal and state regulations
- Strong skills in the Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material
- Attention to detail, with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in final work products
