Senior Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to play a critical role in the evaluation, implementation, and administration of company-wide compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strategic compensation programs and driving organizational equity.

Requirements

• Evaluate roles against industry benchmarks and salary surveys
• Align compensation programs with business objectives
• Create predictive models to forecast the financial impact of new programs or salary adjustments
• Implement and continuously refine salary grades and pay structures
• Manage technical integrations and data flow between HRIS and external systems
• Conduct annual Pay Equity audits and proactively audit internal practices to ensure compliance with FLSA and local laws
• Act as a subject matter expert for HR and Talent Acquisition to support effective, budget-conscious pay decisions
• Assist in designing, interpreting, and communicating compensation-related policies and procedures across the organization
