Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join us on the rewarding journey weâre taking here at Castle Trust Bank. As a fintech challenger bank, we provide specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts to a wide range of customers.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA)
- Proven experience in senior FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills
- Experience producing highâquality management and Boardâlevel reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to support and challenge at all levels
- Strong Excel skills and a clear understanding of best practice in financial planning and reporting
- Desirable: Experience within financial services, Prior experience building or leading FP&A teams
