Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a store manager in retail preferably in the furniture or home goods industry
- Prior interior styling experience is a plus
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proven experience in developing and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), Mac operating systems and iOS devices for showroom management and customer engagement
- Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and implementation in the retail industry is a plus
- Deep understanding of local market demographics, customer behavior and community engagement strategies
- Able to work flexible schedules; including days, nights, weekends and holidays, as required by business needs
