This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating all key human resource functions within the company, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and compliantly across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer-level role, preferably in Shipping
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR software and ERP systems
- Understanding of Greek labor law and HR compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Greek (verbal & written)
