HR Officer

This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating all key human resource functions within the company, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and compliantly across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer-level role, preferably in Shipping
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRM)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with HR software and ERP systems
• Understanding of Greek labor law and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and Greek (verbal & written)
