Job Description
HR Operations Specialist in Athens, Greece. Draft and manage employment contracts, create and maintain digital employee files, and support organizational changes. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
Requirements
- Draft and manage employment contracts and consultant agreements
- Create and maintain digital employee files
- Manage position creation and changes in SAP SuccessFactors
- Support and implement organizational changes
- Collect, analyze, and maintain recruitment data
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS
- Issue employer certifications and official documentation
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and support programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation
