Job Description
Catalant is looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, drive execution, and operate at the intersection of the CEO's priorities and the organization's execution.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or prior Chief of Staff roles
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and strong interest in building deep AI expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong operating instincts
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships and operate with honesty and integrity
