Senior HR Generalist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department in Eberbach, Germany. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will participate in the selection of personnel, implement human resources development instruments, and provide consultation and support to managers and employees. You will also be responsible for preparing and administering job descriptions, certificates, and employment contracts, as well as maintaining the company-wide personnel information and training system. Your profile should include a degree in economics with a focus on human resources management, at least 7 years of professional experience in HR management, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in economics with a focus on human resources management
• At least 7 years of professional experience in HR management
• Very good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law
• Excellent communication, organizational, and enforcement skills
• High loyalty and discretion, social competence, negotiation skills
• Secure English and German language skills
