Senior HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Catalent is a global leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join its Human Resources department. The successful candidate will participate in the selection of personnel, implement corporate human development tools, and advise managers and employees on human resources and leadership matters.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business degree with a focus on human resources management
• At least 7 years of professional experience in HR management
• Very good knowledge of labor, tariff, and social security law
• Communication, organizational, and enforcement strength
• High loyalty and confidentiality, social competence, negotiation skills
• Negotiable German and English skills
