We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our international HR Department and provide support to our offices in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years HR experience within a multinational company
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with specialisation in Human Resources
- Proficiency level in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent German communication skills (written and verbal)
- General knowledge and understanding of benefits/compensation
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Ability to work effectively and independently across organizational boundaries
- Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
- Working knowledge with HRIS e.g. Workday
- Problem solving and analytical skills
