Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role within the Madison Biologics HR team, assisting in the development, implementation and administration of local and global policies and programs for staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development and training, organizational development, regulatory compliance to meet the business strategies and customer requirements within the framework of Catalentās overall corporate philosophy and policies, external laws, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM/PHR certifications preferred
- 5+ years of broad and progressive HR experience, ideally in fastāpaced, complex, or regulated industries such as GMP manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or technical environments
- Strong knowledge of HR management concepts and labor laws with consultative, results-oriented approach
