Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a helpdesk role
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Hands-on experience with imaging and deploying laptop and desktop systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and both Windows and macOS operating systems
