Catalis is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales team, providing solution, technical, and industry knowledge to support, generate, and develop new sales opportunities. The role involves delivering value to customers, securing revenue growth, and growing Catalis customer trust.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in the payments industry/payments networks
- 3-5 years of experience in Pre-sales, Sales, Business Development, and/or a Customer Value Creation role
- Strong automation and information technology skills with deep software and SaaS knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate the needs and problems of prospective customers
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team
- Excellent proven customer-facing and presentation skills for complex technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
