Job Description
Our Client is building an innovative open source visual AI platform that allows anyone to create generative workflows through an intuitive, code free interface. Catalyst Labs is a leading talent agency with a specialized vertical in Talent and Recruitment.
Requirements
- Own full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go to market, and general and administrative roles
- Build and refine the recruiting engine including interview loops, scorecards, sourcing systems, candidate experience, and applicant tracking system hygiene
- Partner closely with founders to plan headcount, clarify role scopes, uphold hiring standards, and maintain consistent hiring momentum
