Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert support on onboarding, operational workflows, billing queries, and ongoing portfolio needs. The role requires proactive portfolio management, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to support business expansion through cross-selling services.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of corporate/fiduciary clients, ensuring compliance with KYC/CDD, regulatory filings, and statutory requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing expert support on onboarding, operational workflows, billing queries, and ongoing portfolio needs.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, professional / corporate services teams, and law firm relationship partners to anticipate client needs, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within your portfolio, collaborating with internal teams to execute cross-selling strategies.
- Prepare and review client communications and reports with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support periodic client engagement initiatives and marketing events.
