Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Junior / Senior / Lead

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment sourcing
• Background in a reputable internal talent team or a Tier 1 agency
• Strong understanding of modern recruiting fundamentals
• Hands-on experience in at least one major recruiting specialty
• Familiarity with modern Talent and PeopleOps tooling
• Experience building partnerships with hiring managers
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities
• Ability to manage candidate experience with professionalism
