Maintenance Technician

Redstone maintenance provides front-line support to property management operations, including property appearance, responding to resident requests, assisting with maintenance/repair, and ensuring safety compliance. This role requires a proactive and team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. It's a part-time position involving after-hours calls and on-call work.

Requirements

• Perform minor or routine maintenance/repair including electrical and plumbing, A/C, and roofing.
• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents.
• Adhere to maintenance directives and company policies.
