Job Description
Redstone maintenance is a critical position within the team responsible for maintaining property appearance, responding to resident requests, and ensuring the general functioning of property machinery and systems. The role requires a professional attitude, teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-call position requiring 40 hours per week and potential overtime.
Requirements
- Perform minor or routine maintenance/repair on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other property systems.
- Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives as per management/lease agreements and company policies.
- Inspect property and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Follow preventative maintenance programs and comply with safety regulations.
- Report accidents and emergency situations immediately.
