Job Description
Key Account Manager for the Benelux market to drive GMV growth by developing and expanding a strategic portfolio of collectables sellers. Responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of key sellers, developing strategic growth plans, analysing seller performance data, negotiating commercial terms, and leading commercial conversations with sellers and experts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management with ownership of revenue and performance targets
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with top sellers
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills across in-person, phone and written channels
- Autonomous and well-organised working style, with willingness to travel across the Benelux region
- Proficiency with Google tools, experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus, and a genuine interest in collectables
