Requirements
- Take full ownership of key Benelux accounts, including Media Markt, Krefel and Fnac/Vanden Borre
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that exceed sales margin, and profitability targets across assigned accounts and product categories
- Optimize shelf performance by managing product listings, content, assortment, and availability, leveraging platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and conversion
- Plan and coordinate commercial activities, including Retail Media and instore activation, to drive traffic, conversion, and return on investment
- Own demand forecasting for assigned accounts and manage promotional investment to ensure alignment with sales targets and profitability KPIs
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners, securing mutually beneficial agreements that support sustainable, long-term growth
- Closely monitor market trends, competitor pricing, promotional activity, and sales performance to identify risks and unlock new growth opportunities within the Benelux landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other commercial teams, communicating for impact to ensure flawless execution
