Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. This role is a remote and outreach-based Career Coach position within the Employability division, supporting service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education and training opportunities.

Requirements

• GCSE's, at grade C or above, or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification
• Desirable: qualification in IAG (L3), ERS (L3), Coaching, IEP membership
