Requirements

• Manage team performance and goals and ensure teams meet business operational expectations and performance standards.
• Manage paper supply chain, negotiation, buying, and transportation and warehousing of paper process, monitor inventory and cost management within agreed objectives and budget.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions in the area of Purchase department.
• Monitor and ensure safe work practice/workplace.
• Monitor as well as control procurement, logistics and operational costs to be with agreed budget.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture, (a) Developing people, (b) Supporting operational excellence, (c) Improving efficiency, (d) Improving the quality of service (e) Improving OTIF, (f) reduce cost of supply chain and (g) Reducing waste.
• Ensure the implementation of logistics fundamentals i.e. warehousing, distribution operations /transportation and replenishment. Lead the logistics team into achieving assigned target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
