Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including strategic planning, supplier management, sourcing and procurement, production planning, and logistics management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field
- Proven experience in leadership roles in supply chain management
- Strong cost awareness and analytical capabilities
- Experience with market dynamics of hardware materials, plastics, and electronic components
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coordinate a team
- Excellent command in Bahasa Malaysia and English language, both in written and spoken
