Job Description
Assistant Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for growing the client's supply capacity, overseeing supplier development and performance management, and leading the Procurement and Logistics Department to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably from semi conductor, precision machining, high tech manufacturing, electronics industry
- Proven track record in supplier development and logistics optimization
- Familiarity with ISO standards and certification processes
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in supplier development, auditing, and performance management
- Proficiency in logistics operations and cost-saving strategies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling quality and supply chain challenges
- Strategic thinking to align procurement goals with company objectives
