Procurement, Assistant Manager/ Manager, Shah Alam

The Procurement Manager is responsible for growing the client's supply capacity to meet revenue demand through effective supplier development and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably from semi conductor, precision machining, high tech manufacturing, electronics industry
• Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in similar position.
• Proven track record in supplier development and logistics optimization.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and certification processes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in supplier development, auditing, and performance management.
• Proficiency in logistics operations and cost-saving strategies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling quality and supply chain challenges.
• Strategic thinking to align procurement goals with company objectives.
