AVP/VP, Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our branch in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in sales and management.

Requirements

• College degree in business or finance preferred
• At least 3-5 years banking experience, including 2 years branch management in a commercial bank
• Good knowledge of commercial lending products
• Thorough knowledge of federal/state and IRS regulations
• Leadership qualities, ability to plan, organize, motivate, supervise, and delegate
• Strong sales and sales management ability
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
