Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

This role is for a Branch Manager responsible for enhancing customer deposit balances, selling non-deposit products and sales services, managing branch administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also be focused on team leadership and achieving break-even and P&L goals. They will work closely with product, marketing, and other departments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Banking experience, 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities
• Sales experience and familiarity with Liabilities products
• MBA or CA/CAIB
• Good leadership skills
• 40:60 thinker/doer ratio
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-microeconomic processes
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong product management liaison skills
