Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

This role involves enhancing deposit pool, establishing service standards, selling non-deposit products (especially MF and Insurance), and driving branch profitability. The manager will also be responsible for branch administration, regulatory compliance, team management, and overall team morale. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, financial acumen, and understanding of the banking sector.
