Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

This Branch Banking role is responsible for enhancing the bank's deposit pool, establishing standards for service delivery, selling non-deposit products and MF/Insurance, generating fee income, and managing branch administration and regulatory compliance. The manager will focus on improving productivity and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the bank's overall financial health.

Requirements

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities
• Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
• Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB
• Good Leadership skills (tactical approach more than strategic)
• 40:60 Thinker/Doer ratio
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
• Ability to engage all customer service units to ensure customer 'DELIGHT'
• Liaising with product management, marketing, and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
