Job Description
Cathay Bank is seeking a FVP, Relationship Manager to identify and bring new loan clients and manage an existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of commercial lending and banking experience and possess strong loan negotiation and underwriting skills.
Requirements
- Identify and bring new clients to the Bank
- Negotiate and structure the primary terms of the loan with the client
- Manage an existing portfolio assigned to them
- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Bank, regulatory and credit requirements
- Assist with mentoring and coaching junior officers and loan staff
