Job Description
Cathay Bank is seeking a FVP/SVP, Credit Administrator to provide guidance and leadership to other Credit Administrators, review and evaluate proposed extensions of credit for commercial borrowers, and ensure credit compliance with Bank regulatory credit specifications.
Requirements
- Work closely with Lending Teams to review and evaluate proposed new and renewal extensions of credit for commercial borrowers
- Approve proposed extensions of credit within authorized loan limits
- Develop alternative strategies to address complex or difficult lending situations
- Follow past due loans for ultimate repayment and assist in managing problem loan situations
- Provide guidance and leadership to new Credit Administrators
