Job Description
Cathay Bank seeks a Regional Mortgage Loan Officer to provide training, guidance, and encouragement to less experienced bankers/MLOs in a designated region of branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for loan production and processing to support fee income growth and provide the highest level of expertise and client service.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years mortgage lending and banking experience
- Knowledge of lending regulations and loan processing in a multi-state lending environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
