VP, Treasury Management Sales Consultant

Requirements

• Meet with Cathay Bank’s largest clients and prospects to assess treasury management needs, discuss initiatives and recommend effective strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales revenue goals.
• Partner with commercial relationship managers to identify and develop treasury management solutions for clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to develop cross-selling strategies and update Cathay Bank team members on product enhancements as appropriate.
• Work with clients and Treasury Management Implementation and Support team to deliver a seamless transition to Cathay Bank.
• Team up with internal partners (TMIS and Product Management team) to improve the “client experience” through continuous improvement.
