Job Description
We are looking for a versatile IT Generalist to support all aspects of our company’s technology needs, handling hardware, software, networks, user support, and systems administration.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge and proven ability to demonstrate hands-on skills in multiple IT areas (hardware, networking, Windows/Linux, troubleshooting, etc.) with 5+ years of experience.
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are helpful but not required — candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate real-world knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work with minimal supervision
