Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on IT support experience
- 2–5 years of help desk or IT support experience in Windows environments, including Microsoft 365 administration and device management
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, basic networking, and familiarity with Active Directory and IT ticketing systems
