The Administrative Assistant serves as the main contact person for Centro San Juan Diego and is a representative agent of our mission, performing all position responsibilities under the supervision of the Program Manager. The role involves routine secretarial functions, customer service, and event management, among other tasks.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Effective listening and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) in both oral and written communication
- Customer service orientation with solid phone etiquette
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Knowledge of office processes, practices, and computer software applications
- Ability to meet deadlines and schedules
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, projects, and daily tasks
