Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant position available at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver. Job involves answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing general administrative tasks. Requires bilingual Spanish skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish with written and verbal fluency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work under competing deadlines
• Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population
• Ability to interact effectively as a team member, independently with Agency staff, and with a diverse client base
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
