Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark seeks a Full-Time Case Manager for its Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ. The Case Manager will assess clients' needs, develop and implement service plans, provide referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related experience in social services
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Bilingual preferred
