Housing | Case Navigator

Catholic Charities is seeking a Case Navigator to coordinate referral services, provide input on complex cases, and maintain client files. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, 1 year of experience in working with homeless populations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• One (1) year of experience in working with homeless populations, including individuals with mental health challenges.
• One (1) year of experience of case management, in supportive housing or homelessness services.
• Valid Texas Driver's License
