Job Description
Catholic Charities is seeking a Case Navigator to work with clients facing imminent risk of homelessness to stabilize housing and remove barriers. Responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, coordinating supportive services, and assisting them in accessing housing resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or related field
- Two (2) years of case management experience within the homelessness services, housing programs, or social service
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- NSPIRE Inspector Training
- Intermediate MS Office skills: including Word, Outlook, and using internet
