Job Description
The Case Manager provides case management, care coordination, support and other various clinical services for clients receiving outpatient behavioral health or social services.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field, required
- Two years’ experience in direct clinical treatment services
- One year experience with the treatment of adults, children and their families
- Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or Certification
- Valid Washington state driver’s license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State
