Extended Care Service

This part-time position involves providing a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool to 5th-grade students. Responsibilities include supervising students, planning activities, managing attendance, and communicating with parents. A background check and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Requirements

• Practical oral and written communication skills
• Understanding and following specific instructions and procedures
• Child supervision skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with school staff
• Must pass a background check and meet state/ diocesan requirements for working with children
