Job Description
The Extended Care Service is responsible for caring for children after school from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. This role involves supervising students in the extended care program, providing assistance with homework, communicating with parents, engaging in play, and ensuring student safety. The position is a small team based in Cary, IL.
Requirements
- Supervise students in the extended care program during designated hours.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate games, activities, and quiet time.
- Ensure student safety and adherence to school behavioral expectations.
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
- Communicate effectively with parents during pick-up and drop-off.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Must pass a background check and meet all state and diocesan requirements for working with children.
