Job Description
Catholic Hospice is seeking a Bilingual Registered Nurse Field to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care, and interact with patients and families. The position involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, monitoring medication, and ensuring compliance with regulations. It offers opportunities for education, quality improvement, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Clear and Active Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Florida.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Hospice nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred.
