Job Description
CHASES is seeking speech language pathologists for home visits in Broward County. These positions require providing direct and indirect speech therapy to patients in their homes, performing assessments, treating disorders, and maintaining patient records. The role involves collaboration with various healthcare professionals and upholding ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Clear and Active Speech Language Pathology license to practice in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- 2 years clinical experience preferred/CCC required or currently completing CFY to obtain CCC.
- 1-2 years of experience with a Medicare Certified Home Health agency preferred.
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations, Medicare COP’s guidelines required.
- Knowledge of computer office/clinical software.
- Must have knowledge of English language.
- Bilingual Highly preferred
