Job Description
Discover a career where care goes both ways! As a Clinical Educator/Workplace Educator, you will have the opportunity to broaden your scope of training across all areas of Residential Aged Care. You will work closely with Residential Managers and operational teams to identify and manage the education, training and compliance needs, and facilitate training across all areas of home operations.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programmes - ideally within residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel to Orange approx. 1 day per week
- Drivers Licence and vehicle – travel reimbursed
