Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care home. The successful candidate will have a kind heart, genuine passion for care, and strong clinical knowledge.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar degree
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
- Strong coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Competent IT skills
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
