Operator

CATL is building a second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market. They are seeking an Operator to support the manufacturing process and ensure efficient production, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role involves operating and overseeing machinery, maintaining cleanliness and 5S standards, and reporting technical issues.

Requirements

• Elementary education
• Experience working in a production environment
• Familiarity with fundamental production standards and the 5S system
• Comfortable with computer usage
• Ability to work in a team and with composure
• Willingness to work shift work
• Positive attitude towards work in Debrecen
