Production shift leader

CATL is building a second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market and develop its international network. The Production Shift Leader role involves ensuring continuous production, coordinating shifts, handling production documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards. The role offers opportunities for growth and contributes to a sustainable mobility initiative.

Requirements

• Speak English and Hungarian confidently
• Have at least a secondary education degree
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a production environment
• Are familiar with basic production standards and the 5S system
• Are confident in using computers
• Work well in a team
• Are persistent, able to tolerate monotony and stress
• Both rule-following and proactive in your mindset
• Can work 12-hour shifts in a multi-shift schedule
• Are open to on-site work in Debrecen
